- If answers are available in the i-Spec Guidebook, you will be directed to the appropriate page free of charge.
- Otherwise we will fax you a price quotation for researching and preparing a response to your question. The price is based on a reduced rate for subscribers. The fax will include an order form that can be faxed
back to us, including credit card details. Other forms of payment may be acceptable, but work cannot start until payment is received.
