REQUIREMENT

Hygroscopic material shall not be used as insulation.


TEST METHOD

The material to be tested is placed in a cabinet or room for 48 hours at a humidity of between 91% RH and 95% RH and at any temperature between 20°C and 30°C maintained with a stability of 1°C.

After the humidity treatment, the material is subjected to the relevant electric strength test.
